Report Shows Math and English Readiness Still Declining in the US

A recent report released by the creators of the ACT standardized test shows that only 40% of 2018 high school graduates adequately demonstrated that they'd be able to success in a first-year college-level math course.  Additionally, only 60% passed the English readiness benchmark.  Both of these statistics are down since 2012 and many are blamming these failures on Common Core standards.
