Arkansas Removes Notary Requirement from Notice of Intent

Scott Woodruff of the HSLDA reports that Arkansas just removed any requirement to notarize homeschooling notice of intent, via House Bill 1867.

We are comfortable saying that families do not need to notarize the notice even if their student is seeking a permit or license. The Department of Education appears to agree.
